With more than 15 years' experience as an award-winning photographer and 10 years as a photojournalist and writer, Eric Demond Rose works out of The Bahamas, with assignments taking him throughout the United States and as far away as the Caribbean, South America and The People's Republic of China.

Eric Rose believes in images that not only tell a story, but captures the moment.

He usually works with natural lighting because of the richness and character it infuses into a scene.

As a traveling photographer and photojournalist, Eric's images appear in regional and international newspapers and online services, with his work featured in spreads throughout various publications.  He covered visits of Heads-of-State, Presidents and Prime Ministers, as well as traveled as an assignment photographer with two consecutive Prime Ministers of the Bahamas, over three terms.

Eric was also the official photographer for The Bahamas' delegations to such events as the Beijing Pop Festival, the Isle of Wight (England) Festivals / Junkanoo Exchange and two consecutive Caribbean Festival of the Arts (Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana, respectively).

When not traveling, Eric offers his creative vision, style, and understanding of the narrative in imagery in photographing special events and personal milestones.

Eric believes in capturing the spirit of a scene and not just what is expected.  He is known for a warm, unassuming personality that puts his subject at ease and allows for the best possible capture.  Eric is also experienced with family portraits and commercial photography.
